Vianna Stibal
In 1995 Vianna Stibal a Naturopath, Massage Therapist, and Intuitive Reader discovered that the way she did Readings could do an instant healing. Vianna, a mother of three young children was diagnosed with cancer that was quickly destroying her right femur. Everything she had tried using conventional and alternative medicine had failed. Then she discovered that the simple technique she used in Readings could heal. Her leg was instantaneously healed. She added this knowledge to her sessions with clients and in the classes she was teaching. Curious to understand why the technique was working, Vianna solicited the help of a physicist and with an electrocephalograph discovered that the simple technique tapped Theta waves. Over many years of practicing the technique, Vianna believes the technique utilizes a Theta wave to achieve an instant healing. Through thousands of clients she discovered not only an amazing way to connect with the creative energy that moves in all things, but that this energy could change instantly Beliefs and Feelings that are linked to sickness.
But of the most profound discovery was that the technique could be taught to others. Vianna, the founder of ThetaHealing™, has taught this technique to thousand of people. What Is Theta Healing
Theta is ultimately a brain wave ,it is believed that when you tap into this brain wave ,you can identify and release blocks in your life that are holding you back from achieving the immediate and lasting results in your life that you require and more .When you tap into this brave wave you become part of an Energy of ALL THAT IS .Tapping into this energy you experience immediate physical and emotional transformations.
Brain Waves
DELTA
During deep sleep, our brain produces very slow waves. The brain is slowed to a frequency of 0-4 cycles per second.
THETA
Before we actually fall alseep the brain produces a slightly faster waves which are called theta (4-7 cycles per second)Theta brains waves are always creative & inspirational & characterized by a very spiritual sensation ,it is the first stage of dream stage.
ALPHA
During meditation and deep relaxation, when we walk through a beautiful garden, breathe deeply and close our eyes, (7-14).
BETA
When we are in full activity, focusing on our tasks, beta waves (14-28). Beta brainwaves are considered fast brain wave activity.
Beta waves kick in when logically thinking, feeling stressed, and feeling tense. Beta is generally thought of as a “normal” rhythm and is dominant in people who are alert, anxious, or have their eyes open. Beta brainwaves are considered to be the normal brainwave pattern in healthy adults.
GAMMA
State of intensive learning is often regarded as high beta or sometimes referred to as gamma waves (up to 40 cycles per seconds).

I was born in South Africa, lived there all my life and decided I needed a change 3 years ago that's when I moved to London. Before I got involved with spirituality myself, I always believed that there was something greater out there, an energy that keeps it all together and found myself trying different aspects of spirituality. Whilst searching for my next spiritual adventure I stumbled upon Theta Healing, decided to take a two day course and found myself registering for the next three weeks, one that changed the course of my life instantly .
I found that during this time my views changed on what being spiritual actually meant ,being spiritual means being aware of this connection to divine source, to the higher realms. Spirit is part of us; it is the essence in us that transcends life and death.
Our spirit comes from a place of eternal love, compassion, and understanding. It's relatively easy to feel this connection when you're meditating. What truly transforms your life is when you can draw your attention to your connection to spirit in every moment of your life, especially the tough ones. Being spiritual has changed my life for the better because I have gained another layer of understanding. And this allows me to feel more peaceful and happy and in control of my everyday life. In times like these, when conflict rages across the globe, the need for all of us to become a little more aware of our spiritual sides is greater than ever. I am equally passionate about people and ensuring their happiness and fulfilment. To this end I am very interested in the field of personal development, specifically where it comes to spiritual, mental and emotional wellbeing.
